Moxon

It was a privilege to meet with Sam, John, and the team from Moxon at Moorebank this week.

Moxon Industries provides engineering solutions to, particularly, Australia’s rail industry, as well as the civil, food, concrete, and masonry industries. 

Managed by owner Sam Matandos, Moxon’s experienced team is passionate about manufacturing within its 3000m² state of the art facility which includes over 200 machines.

I was especially interested to hear about Moxon’s investment back into its people by encouraging professional and personal development through its long-term investment strategy with its apprentices, interns, and employees with disabilities.
